How To Generate Air Quotation In Zeal IT



Air Quotation

  1. Select “Air Quotation” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select “Create New” button for creating new Quotation.


  1. Select all mandatory fields in "Air details"  tab to create new quotation.
  2. Party details tab is optional

  4. Select all mandatory details in "Packing List" tab.
  5. Click on Add button to add the list details in grid, multiple details can be added.
  6. Under Action part we have an option to edit or deleted the existing items or copy the added items.
  7. Summary will be shown below the grid.


  10. Under the Rate and Cost details tab, we can add the charges that will be incurred to the quotation.
  11. Attachment and Notes tab are additional feature to add any requirement documents or to defined any notes for reference.
  12. Finally click on Submit button to generate the Quotation.


  15. The generated Quotation will be available under draft tab
  16. Once approved it will move to the "Confirmed" tab, if user cancelled the Quotation it will move to the "Cancelled" tab.
