The BL Invoice module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to generate customer invoices once a booking has been confirmed.
In ZEALIT, users can create customer invoices using the Common BL Invoicing Screen, which simplifies invoicing operations.
This function helps save time, reduce manual effort, and automate the invoicing process efficiently.
This document explains the steps to create a customer invoice using the Common BL Invoicing Screen.

Sales, Pricing, or Operations users with access to the Bl Invoice Screen.
Step 1: Open ZEALIT 2.0 in your preferred browser.
Step 2: Log in using your assigned credentials.
The Common BL Invoicing Screen allows users to create invoices for multiple customers and BLs from a centralized screen.
It simplifies the invoicing workflow and ensures faster processing of customer invoices.
From the dashboard, navigate to the BL Invoice screen.
Alternatively, use the Type to Search option to quickly locate the module.
Click on the + Create New button to initiate the creation of a new customer invoice.
Click the Clipboard button to automatically retrieve customer details such as Customer Name, Address, and other linked information.
Ensure all mandatory fields in the BL Invoice dashboard are filled out — including customer, branch, invoice date, and currency.
Once all mandatory fields are entered, click Retrieve.
The system will display all invoices linked to the selected customer.
From the retrieved list, select the particular BL Number for which you want to create the invoice.
Use the Filter option to narrow down results by Customer, BL Number, or Date Range.
To check or edit charge details, click the Amend Charges button.
This opens the tax breakdown view, showing the GST or applicable tax for each charge.
Once all details and charges are verified, click Submit to finalize the invoice.
The system will then save and confirm the invoice record.
After submission, the system generates a unique Invoice Reference Number.
The system automatically generates a Proforma Invoice PDF after submission.
Review this document to verify all charge and tax details before final confirmation.
To download the finalized invoice, click the Download button.
The invoice will be saved in PDF format for sharing or record-keeping.
