Once RR approved booking draft will be generated automatically, you can see the RR number and booking number in the “Draft” tab.
Click on 
the button, all the data
defined in RR screen will be transferred to this screen like booking details,
route details etc.
If any changes need to amend, you can do
corrections on this screen and click on the “Save” button.
Once the booking is confirmed by the shipper, click
on the “Confirm” button to confirm the booking.
Before confirming the booking, assign a voyage for
this booking in the “BL Voyage Allocation” Screen else system will stop you by
showing alert message as per the below screenshot.
After allocating voyage for this booking, you
can see the voyage details under the Route Details tab as per the below screenshot.
Now the system will allow confirming the booking.
Thus you filed your “Booking” Updated successfully.
