How To Create Service Contract In Zeal IT



Service contract

  1. Select  "Service Contract” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select "Create New" button for creating new Service Contract.
  3. Key in Appropriate Service Code, Service Name, Service Type, Port of Loading, Port of Discharge, Estimated Transit Time, Status, Valid from, Valid To, Carrier Name, Slot Term, Service Frequency, Responsible Agency.


  1. Key in Appropriate From Port, To Port, Charge Code, Basis, Currency, Amount, Container Size Type, Commodity, Laden CLICK “ADD” BUTTON
  2. Individual entries should be keyed for Different - Charge Codes, - Container Size Type, - Commodity and Laden

  1. LEG NUMBER : 1 PORT CODE : Port of Loading CALL TYPE: STOP CLICK “ADD” BUTTON
  2. LEG NUMBER : 1 PORT CODE : POD CALL TYPE: STOP CLICK “ADD” BUTTON
  3. Click “Submit” button in the Right Top and Thus the “Service Contract” is created in Zeal IT

  1. Edit option can be used to edit the existing record.
  2. Copy option  can be used to copy and create the new one
  3. Filter option can be used to filter the selected data.
