The SI Print Log feature in the COC Bill of Lading module allows authorized users to manage and track Original Bill of Lading (OBL) print activities.
Once an OBL is printed, the system prevents further original prints without proper approval. This ensures control and compliance in document handling.
Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
User Role: Admin or authorized operations staff with COC Bill of Lading access
Navigate to the Zealit login page.
Enter your credentials.
Open the COC Bill of Lading module.
If the Original Bills of Lading have already been printed, the system enforces a validation rule.
This rule prevents reprinting of originals unless prior approval and record clearance are completed.
Admin users must provide the following access to users:
Process Name: PRINT_LOG
Screen Name: COC Bill of Lading
Without this access, users will not be able to view or manage the SI Print Log.
Once access is granted, a new option “SI Print Log” becomes visible under the “I Want” button on the COC Manage Booking screen.
This feature is used to monitor and manage prior print activities.
Click on the “SI Print Log” button.
A pop-up window will appear displaying:
- Print Date
- Printed By User
Users can review all print records for audit purposes.
Users with access can delete specific entries from the print log.
A Reason for Deletion must be provided before confirming.
Once the entries are deleted, the system allows reprinting of the Original Bill of Lading (OBL).
| Issue | Solution |

| SI Print Log option not visible | Confirm that the user has been granted access to SI_PRINT_LOG under the COC Bill of Lading screen. |
| Unable to delete print log entries | Check if the user has delete rights assigned. |
| Still cannot print OBL after deleting | Refresh the COC Manage Booking screen and retry printing. |
Q: Why can’t I print the original B/L again?
A: The system blocks reprinting to prevent unauthorized duplicate originals. You must delete previous entries from the SI Print Log after approval.
Q: Can I see who printed the last original?
A: Yes, the SI Print Log displays the username and print date for every print activity.
Q: What if I delete the wrong entry?
A: Deleted entries cannot be restored. Contact the system administrator for audit review.
