The Depot Master module is used to manage depot locations and vendor associations, ensuring containers and cargo can be stored and managed effectively through verified depot partners.

Browser Compatibility:

To create a new depot entry:

  1. Click the Create New button at the top-right of the screen.

  2. Enter the following mandatory fields:
      ‒ Depot Code – Unique identifier for the depot.
      ‒ Depot Name – Full name of the depot.
      ‒ Country – Select the country from the dropdown.
      ‒ City – Select the city from the dropdown.
      ‒ Vendor Name – Choose the vendor associated with the depot from the dropdown.
      ‒ Status – Set as Active to enable this depot.

  3. Click Submit to save the depot entry.


  4. Use the Download button to export depot details.

  5. Use the Upload button to import bulk depot data using a predefined Excel template.

  1. Search for the depot by name or code.

  2. Click the Edit icon beside the entry.

  3. Update the required fields and click Save.
