The Activity Master module in Zealit allows sales teams to document, manage, and monitor customer-facing tasks such as cold calls, follow-ups, meetings, and quotations. It ensures structured task logging, easy follow-up scheduling, and improved transparency across the sales pipeline.
• Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
• User Role: Sales Executive or Sales Manager Access
Navigate to the Zealit login page.
Enter your username and password.
If you have access to multiple Zealit modules, click on the Module Switcher button and select the CRM module.
From the ribbon to the left, click on the Activity Master module to begin.
Click the Create New button on the Activity Master screen.
Fill in all relevant task information (see section 4.2).
Click Save to record the new activity.
Task Name: Select or type a predefined label (e.g., Cold Call, Follow-Up).
Date & Time: Specify when the task took place.
Company & Contact Person: Choose from available entries to associate with the activity.
Description: Add notes or a summary of the interaction.
Next Step: Define the next course of action (e.g., Prepare Quotation, Schedule Demo).
Follow-up Date: Schedule a follow-up date if applicable.
Assigned To: This field auto-fills with the logged-in user’s name.
Status: Update this to reflect the current state of the task (e.g., Completed, In Progress).
Activities are displayed in a grid on the landing page.
Use the available filters to search based on task name, company, date, or status.
Use the Upload option to add multiple activities via a spreadsheet template.
Ensure all required columns are filled correctly before uploading.
Issue | Solution |

Cannot Save Activity | Check that all mandatory fields are filled and the data format is valid. |
Assigned User Not Showing | Make sure the user is logged in correctly before creating an activity. |
Upload Fails | Verify that the upload file matches the prescribed format. |

• Can activities be assigned to other users?
No, activities are auto-assigned to the logged-in user and cannot be manually reassigned.
• How can I record multiple follow-ups?
Each follow-up should be logged as a new activity referencing the previous task.
• Which formats are supported for uploading activities in bulk?
Use .xlsx or .csv files based on the system-provided template.
