How To Generate Bill Of Lading for other principal boxes In Zeal IT

1. Select all mandatory fields in "shipment details" , "liner details", "Voyage details" tab to create direct BL.pon selection of "Equipment type" , container details rows will be auto generate. example if equipment type selected as"20GP" and value given has 2, under container details two rows will be generated.
   

1. Select “RateCost" button to add rates, click "Amend Charges" option to add rate or cost, also have option to fetch charges from "forwarding local charges" screen upon seelction of  "Get Rates" and "Get Costs" button.
   
2. Once selected the "Amend Charges" option, user can able to edit, update or add rates and costs.
   
3. Restriction of adding rates or cost will be based on "Process Access" in user role management screen.
   
4. Once selected all required fields, finally click on "Create" button to generate new BL and it will be available under "Pending BL Confirm" tab. 
   
5. If Bl's are auto generated upon confirming of Booking, those BL's as well available under "Pending BL Confirm" tab. User can click on "View Shipment" button to edit, update, cancel or confirm the Bl as required.
   
6. To take draft and original prints of bl's, go to "Shipping Instruction" option under "I Want"  click on "Create New" button to generate SI.
   
7. Once SI generated, user can edit and update the existing Si or user can copy the SI and create another one if required.
   
8. After generation of SI, Draft print can be taken, upon confirming of BL, all original's copy can be taken, using print option.
