COC Export Clearance For Other Principal Boxes


  1. Select  "COC Manage Shipment” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select  "Pending BL Confirm" tab and view the shipment.
  3. Select “I Want" option and we have an option to select "Export Clearance" to add clearnce details and charges if any to raise invoice.
  4. Under "CHA Details" session we can add select all mandatory and required fields.
  5. Under "Invoice And Packaging List" session we can fill "Involice No", "shipping bill no" and other packaging details including weights.


  8. Under "Rate and Cost" session we can add all incurred charges for CHA clearance.
  9. Finally click on "Submit" button.
  10. The added revenue charges will reflect in "BL Invoice" screen to raie invoice to customer, and the added cost charges will reflect in "BL Vendor Invoice" screen to raise invoice to vendor once clearance details is confimed.
  11. At the time of adding revenue and cost, we can see the "Profit" against each rows
  12. CHA charges also can be fetched from "CHA local charges" screen if the defined combination is met.
  13. User will have an option to "Confirm" the Cleance details or "Cancel" the clearnace details or "Restore Cancel" details.
  14. Once Clearance details is "Restore" it will be available in draft stage, user can reconfirm the clearnce if required.
