1. Introduction

The Damage Master module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain damage details used for container repair and operational management. Users can create, update, and copy damage records for system usage.

2. System Requirements

  • Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
  • Valid User ID and Password
  • Required access permission for Damage Master

3. Logging In

  1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Login to access the system.

How To Create Damage Master In Zeal IT

  1. Select “Damage Master” screen from the “Type to Search” area.


  2. Click on Create New button to create a new damage record.
  3. Enter the mandatory fields:
    • Damage Code
    • Damage Description
  4. Verify the entered details.
  5. Click on Submit / Save button to create the damage record successfully.


Additional Actions

Copy Damage Record

  1. Select the required damage record.
  2. Click on Copy option.
  3. Modify the required details if applicable.
  4. Click Submit / Save to create the copied record.

Edit Damage Record

  1. Select the required damage record.
  2. Click on Edit option.
  3. Update the necessary details.
  4. Click Submit / Save to update the record successfully.
