1. Introduction
The Depot Storage Contract module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain storage contracts for liners. Users can define storage tariff details based on movement type, container size, container type, and charge code. The module also allows users to add, edit, and delete tariff details for storage contracts.
2. System Requirements
Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
Valid User ID and Password
Required access permission for Depot Storage Contract
3. Logging In
Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Login to access the system.
4. Depot Storage Contract
How To Create Depot Storage Contract In Zeal IT
Select “Depot Storage Contract” screen from the “Type to Search” area.
Click on Create New button to create a new storage contract.
Enter the contract details:
Select Liner Name (with Depot Flag from Vendor Master)
Valid From
Valid Till
Starting Move
Ending Move (IN/IN, IN/OUT, OUT/OUT)
Container Size
Container Type
Charge Code
Under Tariff Details, enter the required tariff information:
Slab From
Slab To
Currency
Amount
Click on Add button to add the tariff detail.
Repeat the same process to add additional tariff details if required.
Verify the entered details.
Click on Submit / Save button to create the storage contract successfully.
Additional Actions
Edit Tariff Detail
Select the required tariff detail record.
Click on Edit option.
Update the necessary details.
Click Add / Save to update the tariff detail successfully.
Delete Tariff Detail
Select the required tariff detail record.
Click on Delete option.
Confirm the deletion to remove the tariff detail successfully.

| Unable to Save Contract | Mandatory fields not entered | Verify liner name, validity dates, move details, container details, and charge code are entered |

A: Only liner names with Depot Flag enabled in Vendor Master will be available for selection.

A: Yes, users can add multiple tariff slabs by entering tariff details and clicking Add.
Q3: Can tariff details be modified after adding?
A: Yes, tariff details can be updated using the Edit option.
Q4: Can tariff details be deleted?
A: Yes, tariff details can be removed using the Delete option.

A: The supported movement types are IN/IN, IN/OUT, and OUT/OUT.
