1. Introduction

The Depot Storage Contract module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain storage contracts for liners. Users can define storage tariff details based on movement type, container size, container type, and charge code. The module also allows users to add, edit, and delete tariff details for storage contracts.

2. System Requirements

  • Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application

  • Valid User ID and Password

  • Required access permission for Depot Storage Contract

3. Logging In

  1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.

  2. Enter your Username and Password.

  3. Click Login to access the system.

How To Create Depot Storage Contract In Zeal IT

  1. Select “Depot Storage Contract” screen from the “Type to Search” area.

  2. Click on Create New button to create a new storage contract.

  3. Enter the contract details:

    • Select Liner Name (with Depot Flag from Vendor Master)

    • Valid From

    • Valid Till

    • Starting Move

    • Ending Move (IN/IN, IN/OUT, OUT/OUT)

    • Container Size

    • Container Type

    • Charge Code


  4. Under Tariff Details, enter the required tariff information:

    • Slab From

    • Slab To

    • Currency

    • Amount

  5. Click on Add button to add the tariff detail.

  6. Repeat the same process to add additional tariff details if required.

  7. Verify the entered details.

  8. Click on Submit / Save button to create the storage contract successfully.


Additional Actions

Edit Tariff Detail

  1. Select the required tariff detail record.

  2. Click on Edit option.

  3. Update the necessary details.

  4. Click Add / Save to update the tariff detail successfully.

Delete Tariff Detail

  1. Select the required tariff detail record.

  2. Click on Delete option.

  3. Confirm the deletion to remove the tariff detail successfully.
