The Customer Sales Link module allows users to associate customers with salespersons and agencies, ensuring clear ownership, performance tracking, and responsibility allocation within the sales process. This mapping enhances accountability and visibility for customer engagement.
Supported Browsers:
• Google Chrome version 90 and above
• Mozilla Firefox version 85 and above
Permitted User Roles:
• Administrator
• Sales Representative
To access the Customer Sales Link module:
Navigate to the application login page using your browser.
Enter your user credentials (username and password).
From the main dashboard, click on the Customer Sales Link module to begin.
To create a sales relationship between a customer and their assigned salesperson:
Click on the “Create New” button from the top-right menu.
From the Agency dropdown, select the corresponding agency responsible for the customer.
In the Customer dropdown, select the desired customer to be linked.
Choose the appropriate Salesperson from the list provided.
Set the Validity Period:
From Date – When the assignment starts
To Date – When the assignment ends
Once all fields are filled, click Submit to finalize the link.
⚠️ Important: All dropdowns must be selected correctly and the date range should be valid before submission. Duplicate or overlapping entries are not allowed.

Can multiple salespersons be assigned to one customer?
Yes, but each salesperson must be assigned a separate, non-overlapping date range for the same customer.
Is it possible to edit an existing Customer Sales Link?
Yes, use the Edit icon next to any entry to update the agency, customer, salesperson, or validity period.
What happens when the “To Date” expires?
The link becomes inactive automatically after the expiry date unless manually extended or renewed.
