The Vendor Financial Condition module enables users to configure and manage key financial parameters associated with vendors to ensure structured and compliant payment processes. These configurations support accurate vendor accounting, controlled financial operations, and ensure compliance with internal and statutory requirements.

Browser Compatibility:

π 3. Logging In
To access the Vendor Financial Condition module:
Open your browser and navigate to the application login page.
Enter your valid username and password.
From the main dashboard, select Vendor Financial Condition from the menu.

π 4.1 Creating Vendor Financial Conditions
When setting up a vendor's financial condition, users must:
Select the Vendor Name from the dropdown.
Specify Credit Days and Credit Limit allotted to the vendor.
Choose whether Payment Approval is required (Yes/No).
Define Accounts Managed At β i.e., the responsible agency or HQ.
Additional optional financial settings include:
Invoice Approval (if applicable)
RCM Company (Reverse Charge Mechanism applicability)
TDS Mandatory (Enable if Tax Deducted at Source is required)
Status (Set as Active for current use
Proceed to configure details under the Currency Details and Control Details tabs.

Use this section to define vendor currency preferences:
Currency: Select the required transaction currency.
Default Currency Setting:
βββ’ Yes β Set as Default
βββ’ No β Do Not Set as Default
Currency Status: Mark as Active if currently used.
Notes: Add any remarks, internal instructions, or configuration comments.
π Note: Multiple currencies can be assigned, but only one can be set as default for invoicing or payment.

Configure control accounts linked to the vendor:
Control Account: Select the relevant account from the dropdown.
Default Control Account Setting:
βββ’ Yes β Set as Default
βββ’ No β Do Not Set as Default
Control Account Status: Set as Active if applicable.
Notes: Enter relevant internal clarifications or remarks.
β οΈ Ensure the selected control account is configured and active in the systemβs chart of accounts.

Unable to save the financial condition | Ensure all mandatory fields are completed and selections are valid |
