1. Introduction

The Package Master module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain package details for customer-related operations. Users can create, update, copy, upload, and download package records as required.

2. System Requirements

  • Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
  • Valid User ID and Password
  • Required access permission for Package Master

3. Logging In

  1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
  2. Enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click Login to access the system.

How To Create Package Master In Zeal IT

  1. Select β€œPackage Master” screen from the β€œType to Search” area.
  2. Click on Create New button to create a new package record.
  3. Enter the required details:
    • Customer
    • Package Code
    • Weight in KG
    • Status
    • Notes
  4. Verify the entered details.
  5. Click on Submit / Save button to create the package record successfully.

Additional Actions

Copy Package Record

  1. Select the required package record.
  2. Click on Copy option.
  3. Modify the required details if applicable.
  4. Click Submit / Save to create the copied record.

Edit Package Record

  1. Select the required package record.
  2. Click on Edit option.
  3. Update the necessary details.
  4. Click Submit / Save to update the record successfully.

Upload Package Record

  1. Click on Upload option.
  2. Select the required file/template.
  3. Upload the file to create or update package details in bulk.

Download Package Record

  1. Click on Download option.
  2. Export the package details for reference or update purposes.
