Support
The Stowage Master module helps plan and manage the placement of cargo inside a vessel. It ensures proper weight distribution, efficient space usage, and compliance with stowage rules. This module simplifies stowage planning and maintains accuracy across all vessel loading operations.

Step 1: Open ZEALIT 2.0 in your preferred browser.
Step 2: Log in using your assigned credentials.
The Stowage Master screen is used to create and maintain stowage sections associated with warehouse or vessel cargo management.
From the dashboard, open Stowage Master.
Alternatively, search using the Type to Search bar.
Click + Create New to begin creating a new stowage record.

Stowage Number* |
A unique identifier/code for the stowage area or stowage plan. Used to map and reference cargo placement. |

Block* |
The specific block/section inside the warehouse where the stowage area is located. Defines physical location. |

Warehouse* |
The warehouse name/location assigned to the stowage. Ensures stowage is linked to the correct warehouse. |

Status* |
Indicates whether the stowage record is ACTIVE or INACTIVE. Only ACTIVE stowage is usable in operations. |

After filling in all details, click Submit to save the new Stowage Master record.
Once saved:
• The new stowage entry appears in the Stowage Master List.
To download all stowage records:
Click the 3-dot menu on the top-right.
Select Download Excel.
The Stowage Master Excel file will be downloaded to your system.
To upload multiple stowage records:
Click the 3-dot menu.
Select Upload Excel.
Choose Excel Uploader – Warehouse Stowage.
Select your prepared upload file.
Click Upload to process the data.
Bulk upload helps reduce manual entry effort for large stowage volumes.

👉 Yes, editing is allowed if permissions exist.

👉 Yes, different blocks or stowage numbers can be created.
Q3: Is it mandatory to enter Maximum Weight & Maximum CBM?
👉 No, but recommended for safety and planning accuracy.
Q4: Does the system support bulk creation of Stowage Master?
👉 Yes, using the Excel Uploader.
