This section of the Transport Rental Details module focuses on the creation and management of Gate Passes linked to Transport Orders. It ensures that dispatch-related activities are tracked accurately and securely, with proper access control and auditability for original and duplicate prints.
Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
User Role: Operations Executive or Gate Pass Officer with appropriate access permissions
Log into the Zealit system using your credentials.
Navigate to the Transport Order screen using the left-hand panel or the top-left search bar.
The Gate Pass option is visible only to users with access rights.
Gate Pass creation requires all the following conditions to be met:
Truck Number and Driver details must be filled.
The Transport Order (TO) must be confirmed.
The user must have Gate Pass creation access.
Once all criteria are met, the Create Gate Pass button will be enabled on the Transport Order screen.
Data from the confirmed TO will be prefilled into the Gate Pass form.
The Original Gate Pass can be printed only once.
If a system or printer error occurs during original printing, a Duplicate Gate Pass can be generated.
Duplicate prints require a reason, which will be logged and displayed on the duplicate Gate Pass.

Can I print the original gate pass more than once?
No, only one original print is allowed. Duplicates require justification.
Where is the reason for duplicate shown?
It is displayed directly on the duplicate Gate Pass document.
What if a gate pass was printed in error?
Use the duplicate option with a valid reason.
