The Receivable Control Setup module is used to define and manage customer receivable control accounts. These accounts link customers to financial tracking systems and help ensure all receivables are correctly aligned with the General Ledger (GL) structure.

  • Browser Compatibility:
      ‒ Google Chrome v90 or later

To access the Receivable Control Setup:

  1. Open your browser and go to the application login page.

      ‒ Status – Choose Active to activate the account.

  3. Click β€œSave” to complete the process.

Note: Each Account Code must be unique and linked to a valid GL code.
