The Agency Move Master module enables users to create and maintain move event configurations within the system. It helps define move codes, validation rules, mandatory fields, and allowed next move events for container movement updation.

  1. Select the β€œAgency Move Event Creation” screen from the Type to Search area.
  2. Click the Create New button to create a new move event record.

    β€’ Type – Select the movement type
    β€’ Status – Select Active/Inactive status
    β€’ Validation Details – Configure validation settings
    β€’ Define which fields should be Mandatory or Optional when updating the move event against containers.
  4. Navigate to the Allowed Next Move tab.
  5. Select the Next Move Code that should be listed in the dropdown when updating the next move event for containers.
  6. Click the Submit button to save the record.

Locate the required record in the listing.

Click the Edit option to modify the existing Agency Move Master details.

Update the required details and click Submit / Update to save the changes.
