The Agency Container Movement Updation module enables users to update container inventory movement details within the system. It helps maintain accurate tracking of container status and movements by recording move history, updating next move details, and managing agency-specific container movement records.

π 3. Logging In
Log in to the application using your credentials.
Navigate to the Agency Container Movement Updation screen from the respective module on the left pane. Alternatively, search for Agency Container Movement Updation using the search bar at the top right.
βοΈ 4. Main Features and Functions
π 4.1 Updating Agency Container Movement Inventory
To update agency container movement inventory details:
Step 1: Verify Move Configuration
Before updating the movement, ensure the required Move Event and Allowed Next Move Configuration are available in the Agency Move Master.
Step 2: Select Container Number
Select the required Container Number.
The system will display the Previous Move Details below, if available.
Step 3: Enter Next Movement Details
Select the following mandatory details:
β’ Next Move
β’ Next Move Date
β’ Required movement details based on configured validations
β’ All mandatory fields highlighted with (*)
Step 4: Save the Movement Details
Click on the Save button.
The system will display a confirmation message indicating that the Move Updated Successfully.
Step 5: Update Further Container Movements
Once the movement is updated, users can continue updating subsequent container movements based on the configured Allowed Next Move setup.

| Unable to update movement | Ensure Move Event configuration is available in Agency Move Master. |
| Container number not showing | Verify the container exists in the system. |
| Save failed | Ensure all mandatory fields marked with (*) are entered. |
| Previous move details not displayed | Verify whether prior movement records exist for the selected container. |
| Next move not showing in dropdown | Verify Allowed Next Move configuration in Agency Move Master. |

Q: Is move configuration mandatory before updating movement?
A: Yes. Required move events and allowed next move configuration should be available in Agency Move Master.
Q: Can I update movement without selecting the next move date?
A: No. Mandatory fields, including Next Move Date, must be completed.
Q: Will previous move details be displayed?
A: Yes. Previous move details will be displayed if records already exist.
Q: Why is the next move dropdown not showing values?
A: Ensure the Allowed Next Move is configured in Agency Move Master.
Q: What happens after clicking Save?
A: The system will display a confirmation message indicating that the movement has been updated successfully.
