1. Introduction

The Plant Master module in the ERP system centralizes the management of warehouses and plants across multiple locations. This module helps define plant-specific warehouse configurations, facilitates inter-plant inventory movements, and supports overall warehouse management.

2. System Requirements

• Browser: Chrome
• User Role: Admin or Plant Manager Access.

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the Zealit system login page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Select the Plant Master module from the dashboard under the warehouse management module or with search button
   
   

4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Setting Up Plant Master Data

1. Go to Plant Master > Create New.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Plant Details: Plant related details such as customer, country etc.
     
     
   • Product details: The products which the plant details with. ( Multiple entries are allowed )
     
     
   • Contact details: Contact details such as email id , phone number etc. can be provided.
     
     
3. Save the plant data with the "submit" to finalize setup.

4.2 Managing existing plant entries

1. Navigate to Plant Master.
2. Select the desired plant from the entries.
3. Data can be edited and to finalize the setup "Update" button can be clicked
