1. Introduction

The Tyre Master module is designed to streamline tyre management within the fleet system. It enables efficient tracking of tyre inventory, facilitates maintenance scheduling, and ensures accurate assignment of tyres to trucks for operational readiness.

2. System Requirements

• Browser: Chrome
• User Role: Admin, Maintenance Manager, or Fleet Manager Access

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the Zealit login page.
2. Enter your credentials (username and password).
3. Select the "Tyre Master" module from the dashboard under the Transport header or use the search button on the top right

4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Setting Up Tyre Master Data

1. Go to Tyre Master > Create New.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Tyre ID: A unique identifier for the tyre.
   • Brand: Specify the tyre brand (e.g., Michelin, Goodyear).
   • Size: Define the tyre size (e.g., 295/80R22.5).
   • Type: Specify the type of tyre (e.g., radial, bias).
   • Status: Indicate whether the tyre is In Stock, In Use, or Retired.
3. Save the tyre data.

4.2 Managing Tyre Records

1. Navigate to Tyre Records.
2. Search for tyres using filters such as Tyre ID, Brand, or Status.
3. Edit tyre details as needed, including updates to usage status or condition.
4. Retire tyres no longer in use to maintain accurate inventory.

4.3 Assigning Tyres to Trucks

1. Go to Tyre-Truck Mapping.
2. Select the truck from the list and assign the relevant tyres to it.
3. Confirm the assignment and verify it in the overview section.

  Yes, a tyre can be reassigned if its status is updated to "In Stock."
