How To Generate COC Booking/BL Merge In Zeal IT



COC Booking/BL Merge For Other Principal Boxes


  1. Select  "COC Manage Shipment” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select  "Pending Booking" or "Pending BL Confirm" tab to do Booking/BL Merge.
  3. Select “Booking/BL Merge" option and select "New Booking Number" then click on "Get Details" button, Current Booking and New booking will show the present container details. 
  4. Click on the check box of container type, which required to move, we have an option to move containers from the selected booking/bl to new booking/bl or we can move new booking/bl data to the selected booking/bl by selecting "Move to New Booking/BL" or "Move to Existing Booking/BL" options.
  5. Once move the data form one booking/bl to another one, click on "Save" button. "COC BL Merged" successfully messgae will received.
  6. Containers will be moved from one booking/bl to another booking/bl along with container level charges if any.
