How To Generate COC DO In Zeal IT



COC DO For Other Principal Boxes


  1. Select  "COC Manage Shipment” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select  "Pending BL Confirm" or "Confirmed BL" tab to generate DO.
  3. Select “DO" option and click on "Create New" button to generate new DO.
  4. Select all required fields and select check box of "Container Details" to select the number of containers required, finally click on "Submit" button.
  5. DO will be generated and available in the "Active" status.
  6. User can click on "Print" option to take DO print.
  7. Under "View" option, user can do "Extention DO" if required.,  also have an option to "Cancel" the DO.

  9. All generated DO will be available in "Active" tab. Once DO is cancelled it will be available in cancelled status tab.
  10. User can regenerate the DO again if required.
