How To generate COC Booking in Zeal IT



COC Booking For Other Principal Boxes


  1. Select “COC Booking” screen from “Type to Search” area.
  2. Select “Create Booking” button for creating new Booking.
  3. If user creating booking against RR, select "POL" and "POD"  and click on "Search Rate" , will list all valid RR to select and create Booking.

  1. Select the "Equipment Type" and Click on the "Create Booking" button to create the booking against RR, draft bookig will be generated and it will be available in COC Manage Booking screen under "Pending Booking" tab.
  2. Else Select "Create Booking" button to create direct booking and slect all mandatory and required fields, finally Click on the "Create Booking" button to create the booking, draft bookig will be generated and it will be available in COC Manage Booking screen under "Pending Booking" tab. 
  3. If required Rate and Cost can be added manually for direct booking at the time of creating new booking, else we can fetch charges from "Forwarding Local Charge" screen only booking generated and it will be available in "Pending Booking" tab in "COC Manage Booking" Screen.
  4. Click on "Vliew Booking" button to view the draft booking and user can edit or update the required fields.
  5. Under "I Want" button, we have an option to fetch rate and cost from forwarding local master upon selection of  "Get Rates" and "Get Costs" option.
  6. CRO can be generated using "CRO" option in Booking screen.
  7. Booking/BL Merge can be done using "Booking/BL Merge" option.
