How to create Agency Master
How To Create Agency Master In Zeal IT
Agency Master
- Select "Agency Master” screen from “Type to Search” area.
- Once the screen opens, click on the CREATE NEW
button.
- Now provide Agency code, agency name,
address, county, city details.
- Under organization type select if it is
Agency or HQ.
- Select own office details from the drop
down field.
- Provide document suffix and Pin code of
the agent.
- elect the port code which will be
applicable for this agent from port code
drop down field and click on the ADD button.
- Select city from the city code drop down
field and click on the ADD button.
- In Accounting details tab, provide
Accounting currency detail, from & to
primary period details and select
secondary period as YES or NO as required. •
- Once all the details are given, click on the save button.
- Agency Code will be created.
