The MNR Request module is used to manage damaged container repair requests and maintenance activities.
It allows users to:
Create and manage EOR (Estimate of Repair) for damaged containers
Record damage and repair details with estimated and actual costs
Upload supporting repair attachments and photographs
Track repair lifecycle through various statuses
Move repaired containers to Available status for future shipment usage
The MNR Request process ensures proper tracking of damaged containers, repair approvals, repair completion, and container availability.
When a container is marked as “Damage” from Container Movement Updation, it will automatically appear in the MNR Request screen.
The status flow is as follows:
Damage → EOR Submitted → EOR Approved → Repaired → Available
Once the container status becomes Available, the Container Movement Updation will automatically create the movement as “Available” for the next shipment.
