1. Introduction

The MNR Request module is used to manage damaged container repair requests and maintenance activities.

It allows users to:

  • Create and manage EOR (Estimate of Repair) for damaged containers

  • Record damage and repair details with estimated and actual costs

  • Upload supporting repair attachments and photographs

  • Track repair lifecycle through various statuses

  • Move repaired containers to Available status for future shipment usage

The MNR Request process ensures proper tracking of damaged containers, repair approvals, repair completion, and container availability.

Process Flow

When a container is marked as “Damage” from Container Movement Updation, it will automatically appear in the MNR Request screen.

The status flow is as follows:

Damage → EOR Submitted → EOR Approved → Repaired → Available

Once the container status becomes Available, the Container Movement Updation will automatically create the movement as “Available” for the next shipment.
