1. Introduction

The Depot MNR (Maintenance and Repair) module is used to manage container maintenance and repair activities in the depot.

It allows users to:

  • Create EOR (Estimate of Repair) for damaged containers

  • Record damage and repair details with estimated cost

  • Upload supporting photographs and attachments

  • Process customer-approved repairs

  • Track repair status through different stages

  • Move repaired containers to available status

The Depot MNR process ensures proper tracking of container damages, repair approvals, and availability management.

The following masters are used to predefine tariffs in ZEALIT:

  • Depot Repair Contract

  • Depot Storage Contract


2. System Requirements

Supported Browsers

  • Google Chrome (v90 or above)

  • Mozilla Firefox (v85 or above)

User Access Roles

  • Depot Operations Team

  • Container Repair Team

  • Users with access to Depot MNR Screen


3. Logging In

Step 1:

Open ZEALIT 2.0 in your browser.

Step 2:

Enter your Username and Password to log in.



4. Depot MNR Screen

The Depot Maintenance and Repair (MNR) screen contains the following categories:

  • EOR Pending

  • Approval Pending

  • Repair Pending

  • Pending for Available

  • Available Container


By default:

  • All containers updated in Depot Gate In will automatically reflect under EOR Pending category.


  • All newly created EORs will automatically move to Approval Pending category.

  • Approved EORs will automatically move to Repair Pending category.

  • Completed repairs will automatically move to Pending for Available category.


Step 1: Navigate to Depot MNR Screen

Steps:

  1. Search “Depot MNR” from the Type to Search field.

  2. Open the Depot MNR screen.


Step 2: Create EOR from EOR Pending Category

Steps:

  1. Click “EOR Pending” option.

  2. Click “View” button against the respective container row.

Under Damage Details Tab:

Provide the following:

Cost*Provide estimated repair cost

Actions:

  • Click “Add” button to add the damage/repair entry.

  • Users can add multiple damage and repair entries using the Add button.

Attachments Tab:

Final Step:

Click “Submit EOR” button to save the repair estimate.

Note:
All created EORs will automatically move to the “Approval Pending” category.


Step 3: Approval Pending Process

Steps:

  1. Open Depot MNR screen.

  2. Click “Approval Pending” option.

  3. Click “View” button against the respective container row.

Under Damage Details Tab:

  • Select (tick) the damages approved by the customer for repair proceeding.

Final Step:

Click “Confirm EOR” button.

Note:
All approved (confirmed) EORs will automatically move to the “Repair Pending” category.


Step 4: Repair Pending Process

Steps:

  1. Open Depot MNR screen.

  2. Click “Repair Pending” option.

  3. Click “View” button against the respective container row.

  4. Select (tick) the completed repair entries in the grid.

  5. Click “Submit EOR” button.

Note:
All completed repair entries will automatically move to the “Pending for Available” category.


Step 5: Move Container to Available

Steps:

  1. Open Depot MNR screen.

  2. Click “Pending for Available” option.

  3. Click “View” button against the respective container row.

  4. Click “Move To Available” button.

Result:
The container will move to the “Available Container” category.

Q1: From where does the container appear in Depot MNR?
👉 Containers updated in Depot Gate In automatically appear under EOR Pending.

Q2: Can users add multiple damages for one container?
👉 Yes, multiple damage and repair entries can be added using the Add button.

Q3: Is attachment mandatory?
👉 No, uploading photographs is optional.

Q4: What happens after EOR confirmation?
👉 The container automatically moves to Repair Pending.

Q5: When does the container become available?
👉 After repair completion and clicking Move To Available.
