How to create entries in Transport Order in Zealit 2.0

How to create entries in Transport Order in Zealit 2.0

  1. Once a Transport Rate Request is approved, then it is automatically created as the Transport Orders.
  2. Search " Transport Order" from Type to search or find the screen under the transport header in the left pane.

  1. Users can see the Transport Orders automatically generated against to the approved Transport Rate Request under “Pending” category
  2. Click the “View” button against to the respective Transport Order to open


  Under TO Details tab,     
  1.  Update the required and applicable details of the trip including “Vehicle Number”, “Trip Start Date” and “Trip End Date” etc.
  2. “Container Details” tab will be applicable if container transportation


"Container Details” tab will be applicable if container transportation


  1.  Once all updated, click “Save” button 
  2. Once the Transport Order detail updation is completed, click “Confirm” button to freeze it.(Note: Only super users will have access to “Confirm” and only confirmed Transport Orders can be shown for Customer Invoicing).

Note:- 
  1. Corrections after confirming will be through the “Apply Correction” button available in header section, Rate section and Cost section accordingly. This option is user rights specific
