How to create entries in Transport Rate request in Zealit 2.0

1. Search "Transport Rate Request" on Type to search or find the screen under the Transport header on the left pane.

1. Click “Create New” button
   

1. Key in the “Truck Number”
2. Select the “Truck In Date and Time”
3. Select “Customer” name from the drop down list  (Note: Customers should be flagged as “Transport Client” under “Business Role” in “Customer Master)"
4. Provide “Quantity”, “Transportation Type”, and “Transporter”  (Note:  “Quantity” used in this screen will be the number of transport orders generated)

1. Under “Routing Details”,
   
2. Provide “Leg Number”, “Pickup Location”, “Pickup Pin” (key in zero if not applicable), “Drop of Location”, “Drop off Pin” (key in zero if not applicable), “Pick Up Address” and “Drop Off Address” and click “Add” button
   
3. Users may add multiple legs (pickup & drop locations) using the same multiple times
4. Under “Party Details”, tab to capture the Consignor, Consignee details and it is also optional

1.  "Cost”, tab to capture the buying values.
   
2.  Users can add multiple charge heads using add button multiple times
3. “Rate”  tab to capture the selling values.
   
4. Users can add multiple charge heads using add button multiple times
   

1. “Estimated Profit” tab will show the profitability compiling the buying and selling charges provided in previous tabs
2. “Notes” and “Attachment” tabs are options and used as it names
3. Click “Submit” button in the left top of the screen
   

Note:- 

1. Once a Transport Rate Request is created, it need to be approved by the users (holding approval access) using “Approve” button inside the window
