1. Introduction

Tyre Master is the main module used to store and manage all tyre details. Users can create new tyres, assign them to trucks, track purchase information, and monitor their lifecycle. This helps the maintenance team easily maintain, replace, and audit tyres without confusion.

2. System Requirements

Supported Browsers:
• Google Chrome (v90 or above)
• Mozilla Firefox (v85 or above)

3. Logging In

1. Open ZEALIT 2.0 in your preferred browser.

2. Log in using your assigned credentials.
   

1. Navigate to Tyre Master using the dashboard or Type-to-Search.
   

4. TYRE MASTER MODULE

4.1 Introduction

The Tyre Master module holds complete tyre information such as tyre number, brand, size, purchase details, status, and usage details.

4.2 Status Tracker – Tyre Master Listing

This landing page shows all tyres created in the system, along with search and filter options to quickly find or verify tyre details.

4.3 Creating a New Tyre Master

Click Create New on the Tyre Master screen to open the tyre creation form.

4.4 Filling Mandatory & Non-Mandatory Details

The Tyre Master screen contains the following fields:

4.5 Creating a Tyre Master (Submit)

After filling mandatory and optional details, click Submit to save the tyre into the system.

4.6 Editing & Updating Existing Tyre Master

To modify existing tyre data:
• Click the Edit icon next to the tyre.

4.7 Bulk Upload of Tyre Master Data

Bulk upload allows users to upload multiple tyre records at once to save time.

4.7.1 Downloading Template

Click the three-dot icon and download the Upload Template.

4.7.2 Preparing the Template

• Fill all mandatory columns.

4.7.3 Uploading Bulk Data

Upload the completed Excel template in the bulk upload section.

4.7.4 Bulk Upload Status & Error Handling

If the file contains wrong or missing data, the system will highlight errors in the status report.

Example:
TRANSACTION FAILS TYR001 ~~ BRAND NAME MANDATORY ~~ 206

This indicates the Brand Name field is missing for that row.

4.8 Filter Options

The Tyre Master list screen contains filter options for:
• Tyre Number
• Truck Number
• Brand
• Supplier
• Status
• Bill Number
… and more.

Filtering allows quick searching of tyre data.

Q1: Can I edit a tyre after creating it?
A: Yes, you can edit until it is locked by workflow.

Q4: Can I assign tyres directly to a truck?
A: Yes, using the Truck Number field.
