🔹 1. Introduction

The Charge Group Master module enables users to create and manage charge group configurations within the system. It helps organize multiple charges under a specific charge group for operational and financial processing, ensuring consistency and ease of maintenance.

🖥️ 2. System Requirements

Browser Compatibility:

• Google Chrome v90 or later
• Mozilla Firefox v85 or later

User Roles:

• Admin
• Finance
• Operations

🔐 3. Logging In

Log in to the application using your credentials.

Navigate to the Charge Group Master screen from the respective module on the left pane.

Alternatively, search for Charge Group Master using the search bar at the top right.

⚙️ 4. Main Features and Functions

🆕 4.1 Creating a New Charge Group

To create a new Charge Group:

1. Click Create New at the top right.
2. Enter the required details:

  • Charge Group Code – Unique code for the charge group
  • Charge Group Description – Description/name of the charge group
  • Notes – Additional remarks or information (if applicable)

3. Click Submit to save the charge group details.
   
   
   

✏️ 4.2 Updating an Existing Charge Group

1. Locate the required charge group in the listing.
2. Click the Edit icon next to the record.
3. Update the required details such as description or notes.
4. Click Update to save the changes.

📋 4.3 Copying / Downloading / Uploading Charge Group Details

Copying Charge Group Details

1. Click the Copy icon to duplicate an existing charge group.
2. Modify the required details if needed.
3. Click Submit to save as a new charge group.

Downloading Charge Group Details

Use the Download option to export charge group details for reporting or reference purposes.

Uploading Charge Group Details

Use the Upload option to bulk-import charge group details using the standard upload template.

Q: Is Charge Group Code mandatory?
A: Yes. Charge Group Code is mandatory and should be unique for each charge group.

A: Yes. Use the Copy icon to create a similar charge group and modify details as required.

Q: Can charge groups be uploaded in bulk?
