1. Introduction
The COC CRO (Container Release Order) module in ZEALIT
2.0 enables users to create, manage, and track CROs for Carrier-Owned
Container (COC) shipments.
This module links shipment and container details to ensure accurate
authorization and documentation for container release.

3. Logging In
Open
ZEALIT 2.0 in your preferred browser.
Log
in using your assigned credentials.
Navigate to the COC CRO screen
using one of the following methods:
- From the main menu: Transaction → COC Manage Shipment → CRO Tab
- Or use the Search Icon and type “COC CRO”
4. Creating a New CRO
Step 1: Create CRO
Step 2: Fill in CRO Details
Complete the following mandatory fields:
Customer
Name: Auto-filled based on shipment details.
Container
Details: Auto-fetched from the linked shipment.
Depot:
Select from the dropdown list.
Grade:
Choose from the dropdown list.
Valid
From / Valid Till: Select the applicable date range.
Special
Instructions: Enter any additional remarks, if required.

Step 3: Submit the CRO
Select
the required containers using the checkboxes.
Click
SUBMIT – the system will generate a CRO for the selected
containers.
Once submitted, the CRO record will be
saved in the system and linked to the corresponding shipment.
Step 4: Print the CRO
