The Job Card module includes a Field Customization feature that allows authorized users to customize fields displayed within the Job Card creation page and grid. Based on the assigned process access (CUSTOMIZED_FIELDS), users can modify field properties to better align with operational requirements without requiring system changes.
Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
User Role: User with CUSTOMIZED_FIELDS process access
Navigate to the ZEALIT 2.0 login page.
Enter your username and password.
Select the Job Card module from the dashboard.
Access to the customization feature is controlled through the CUSTOMIZED_FIELDS process.
Users assigned this process will be able to view the Gear button on:
Job Card Creation Page
Job Card Grid
Open the Job Card module.
Click the Gear button available on the creation page or grid.
The Field Customization popup window will be displayed.
Within the popup, users can perform the following actions:
Modify the display name of existing fields.
Changes are reflected throughout the Job Card screen.
Show or hide fields based on business requirements.
Hidden fields will not be displayed to users.
Mark fields as Mandatory or Optional.
Mandatory fields must be completed before saving the Job Card.
Configure fields as Read Only.
Users can view the field value but cannot modify it.
Enables screen personalization without development changes.
Improves user experience by displaying only relevant fields.
Ensures data quality through mandatory field configuration.
Prevents unauthorized data modifications using read-only controls.
