1. Introduction

The Job Creation Screen in the Clearance Module allows users to efficiently create and manage clearance-related tasks.


2. System Requirements

  • User Role: Admin, Clearance Manager, or any role with access to job creation.


3. Logging In

  1. Navigate to the Zealit login page.

  2. Enter your username and password.

  3. Once logged in, select the Job Creation option in the left ribbon or search for it using the top-right search bar.

  4. Click Create New Job to access the Job Creation Screen.


4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Creating a New Job

  1. Navigate to Clearance Module > Job Management.

  2. Click Create New Job.

  3. Choose either the Sea or Air tab depending on the shipment mode.

  4. Fill in all required job details including shipment, customer, vessel, charge details, and container/equipment info.

  5. After completing the form, click Save to create the job.

4.2 Editing Job Details

  1. Navigate to the Job Management section.

  2. Find the job you wish to edit and click View Job.

  3. Modify the required fields.

  4. Click Save to apply changes.

4.3 Tracking Job Status

The Job Creation Screen shows three status columns:

  • Draft: Job is created but not yet started.

  • Confirmed: Job is confirmed and in progress.

  • Cancelled: Job has been cancelled.

4.4 Printing Documents

The following documents can be printed from the Print button inside the Job Creation screen:

  • Job Card

  • Acknowledgement

  • Delivery Order (DO)

To print:

  1. Open an existing job.

  2. Click the Print button at the top of the screen.

  3. Select the required document to generate and print.
