The Depot Charge GL Mapping module enables users to map depot charges with corresponding Revenue GL and Cost GL accounts within the system. This helps ensure proper accounting and financial posting for depot-related charges from the applicable date.

Log in to the application using your credentials.
Navigate to the Depot Charge GL Mapping screen from the respective module on the left pane. Alternatively, search for Depot Charge GL Mapping using the search bar at the top right.

Click the Edit option next to the record.
Update the required details and click Update to save the changes.

Click the Copy option to duplicate an existing mapping record.
Modify the required details if needed.
Click Submit to save it as a new mapping record.
