The Depot Booking Details module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain booking details for depot operations. Users can create booking records by entering customer and container-related information along with booking validity and notes if required. The module also allows users to create, edit, copy, and update booking detail records.
Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
Valid User ID and Password
Required access permission for Depot Booking Details
Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Login to access the system.
Select “Depot Booking Details” screen from the “Type to Search” area.
Click on Create New button to create a new booking detail record.
Enter the required details:
Mandatory Fields:
Customer Name
Booking Number
Container Size
Container Type
Additional Details:
No of Container
Booking Validity
Notes (if any)
Verify the entered details.
Click on Submit / Save button to create the booking detail successfully.
Select the required booking detail record.
Click on Copy option.
Modify the required details if necessary.
Click Submit / Save to create the copied record successfully.
Select the required booking detail record.
Click on Edit option.
Update the necessary details.
Click Submit / Save to update the booking detail successfully.
