1. Introduction

The Depot Gate In module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to record the inward movement of containers into the depot. Users can create Depot Gate In entries by entering truck, liner, and container-related details along with shipment and transport information. The module also allows users to update gate details and print gate passes for operational purposes.

2. System Requirements

  • Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application

  • Valid User ID and Password

  • Required access permission for Depot Gate In

3. Logging In

  1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.

  2. Enter your Username and Password.

  3. Click Login to access the system.


4. Depot Gate In

How To Create Depot Gate In Entry In Zeal IT

  1. Select “Depot Gate In” screen from the “Type to Search” area.

  2. Click on Create New button.

  3. Enter the required details:

Mandatory Fields

  • Truck Number

  • Truck In Date & Time

  • Truck Out Date & Time

  • Liner Name

  • Container Number

  • Container Size

  • Container Type

  • Container Status

Additional Details

  • Transporter Name

  • Manufacturing Date

  • Gross Weight

  • Tare Weight

  • Net Gross Type

  • Net Type

  • Vessel

  • Voyage

  • Port

  • Reference

  • BL Number

  • Liner Number

  • Consignee

  • CHA

  • Booking Number

  • Seal Number

  • Container ISO

  • Location

  • Driver Mobile Number

  • Payment Reference Number

  • Remarks (if any)


  1. Verify the entered details.

  2. Click on Add button at the bottom of the screen to add the container details.

  3. Repeat the above steps for adding multiple containers in the same entry if required.

  4. Click on Save button in the top left corner of the screen to save the Depot Gate In entry successfully.

Additional Actions

Edit / Update Depot Gate In

  1. Select the required Depot Gate In entry.

  2. Click on Edit option.

  3. Update the necessary details.

  4. Click Submit / Save to update the entry successfully.

  1. Open the required Depot Gate In entry.

  2. Click on the Print button available at the top of the screen.

  3. Print the Gate Pass successfully.

Notes

  • Liner Name represents the customer whose container is being moved into the depot.

  • Liner Names are displayed from vendor master, and the respective customer should be flagged as “Carrier” under Business Role.

  • Users can add multiple containers in the same Depot Gate In entry using the Add button.
