The Depot Gate Out module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to record the outward movement of containers from the depot. Users can create Depot Gate Out entries by entering truck details, liner information, selecting available containers, and assigning booking numbers. The module also allows users to add multiple containers in a single entry and print gate passes for operational purposes.
Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
Valid User ID and Password
Required access permission for Depot Gate Out
Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
Enter your Username and Password.
Click Login to access the system.
Select “Depot Gate Out” screen from the “Type to Search” area.
Click on Create New button.
Enter the required details:
Truck Number
Truck In Date and Time
Liner Name (Customer whose container it is)
Note: Liner Names are displayed from Vendor Master, and the respective vendor should be flagged as “Carrier” under the Business Role.
Select the Container Number by clicking the “Stock List” link adjacent to it.
Note: The Stock List displays containers that are in “Available” status against the respective customer.
Select the Booking Number by clicking the “Booking List” link adjacent to it.
Note: The Booking List displays bookings created in the “Depot Booking Details” screen.
Click on Add button at the bottom of the screen to add the container details.
Repeat the above steps for adding multiple containers in the same entry.
Click on Save button in the top left corner of the screen to save the Depot Gate Out entry successfully.
Open the existing Depot Gate Out entry.
Update the Truck Out Date and Time if it was not entered during creation.
Click Save to update the entry successfully.
Open the required Depot Gate Out entry.
Click on the Print button available at the top of the screen.
Print the Gate Pass successfully.
Users may either update Truck In Date and Time while creating the Depot Gate Out entry or create the entry first and later update the Truck Out Date and Time by opening the same record.
Liner Name represents the Customer whose container is being moved out from the depot.
Containers available in the Stock List are only those in “Available” status for the selected customer.
Booking Numbers displayed in the Booking List are fetched from the Depot Booking Details module.
Users can print the Gate Pass using the Print button available at the top of the screen.

Q1: How can I select a container for Depot Gate Out?
A: Users can select the container by clicking the “Stock List” link, which displays containers in “Available” status for the selected customer.
Q2: From where is the Booking Number fetched?
A: Booking Numbers are fetched from the Depot Booking Details screen.
Q3: Can I add multiple containers in a single Depot Gate Out entry?
A: Yes, users can add multiple containers in the same entry using the Add button.
