1. Introduction

The Warehouse Tariff Master module is a key component in managing and tracking tariff structures for various warehouse services. It allows users to define, edit, and monitor pricing that the correct tariffs are applied to clients based on the agreed terms. This module simplifies the process of updating tariffs and managing changes across various warehouse services.

2. System Requirements

• Browser: Chrome
• User Role: Tariff Manager, Admin, or any role with access to tariff management features.

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the Zealit system login page.
2. Enter your username and password in the provided fields.
3. Upon successful login, from the dashboard, select the "Warehouse Tariff Master" module under the warehouse management header or through the search button in the top right.
   
   

4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Creating a New Tariff Record

1. Navigate to Warehouse Tariff Master > Create New.
2. Fill in the required details:
   • Select the activity and the charge code applicable for the activity
     
   • Define the validity and the amount of the tariff
     
   • Change the status as active.
     
     
3. Click Save to create the tariff record.

4.2 Managing Existing Tariff Records

1. Navigate to Warehouse Storage Tariffs.
2. Use search filters (e.g., by Tariff Name, Warehouse Location, or Service Type) to locate specific records.
3. Available actions:
   • Edit: Update tariff details (pricing, terms, etc.).
   • Activate/Deactivate: Change the status of a tariff (active or inactive).
     
     
4. After making changes, click update to update the record.
