1. Introduction
The Warehouse Storage Contract module in the ERP system streamlines the management of storage agreements between the organization and clients. This module facilitates contract creation, renewal, and utilization tracking, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with agreed terms.
2. System Requirements
- Browser: Chrome
- User Role: Warehouse Contract Manager or Admin Access.
3. Logging In
- Navigate to the Zealit system login page.
- Enter your username and password.
- From the dashboard, select the Warehouse Storage Contract module under Warehouse management header or search in the search bar using the search button in the top right.
4. Main Features and Functions
4.1 Creating a New Storage Contract
- Navigate to Warehouse storage contract > Create New.
- Fill in the contract details:
- Basic Details: Fill in the details such as package , validity, charge code etc..
- Storage Details: Fill in the slab, currency, amount and the unit of measure.
- Multiple slabs can be added ( 1-5,5-10,10-15 .etc)
- Review the details and click Submit.
4.2 Managing Existing Contracts
- Navigate to Warehouse storage Contracts .
- Use filters to locate a specific contract (e.g., by Client Name, Contract ID, or Status).
- Actions available:
- Edit: Update terms or pricing if permitted.
- Renew: Extend the contract duration.
- Terminate: Mark the contract as ended by changing the status to De-Active
- Save changes by clicking the update button.
5. Troubleshooting Common Issues
Issue | Solution |

Cannot Save New Contract | Check mandatory fields and client information. |
Contract Not Appearing in List | Ensure the contract is marked as active. |
