1. Introduction
The Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) module enables users to record inbound product receipts against supplier invoices. A QR Code generation feature is available within the GRN screen, allowing users to create and print unique QR codes for each received product line item. These QR codes can be used for product identification, tracking, and warehouse operations.
2. System Requirements
Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
User Role: Warehouse User, Warehouse Manager, or Admin Access
3. Logging In
Navigate to the ZEALIT 2.0 login page.
Enter your username and password.
Select the Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) module from the dashboard.
4. Main Features and Functions
4.1 Generating QR Codes for Inbound Products
Create a new GRN and enter the required invoice details.
Add all product line items from the supplier invoice.
Save the GRN transaction.
Click the More button located at the top-right corner of the screen.
Select the Print QR option from the available menu.
The system generates separate QR codes for each product line item available in the GRN.
Review the generated QR codes displayed on the screen.
Click the Print button to print the QR codes directly for labeling and warehouse use.

No. The GRN must be saved with product details before QR codes can be generated.

Yes. The system generates an individual QR code for every line item available in the GRN.
Q: Can I print all QR codes at once?
Yes. Use the Print button available on the QR Code screen.
Q: Can I regenerate QR codes later?
Yes. Open the saved GRN and select the Print QR option again.
