The Detention functionality has been integrated into the Transport Module’s operational screens. When creating a Transport Rate Request, users now have the option to create a Detention Contract with the same validity period as the rate request.
When Transport Orders are generated from a rate request, the detention contract is automatically applied to the job, provided that the tracking data matches the rate request details.
Browser: Chrome 90+ or Firefox 85+
User Role: Transport Admin, Transport Operations, or equivalent role with detention contract access
Navigate to the Zealit ERP login page.
Enter your username and password.
Select the Transport Module from the dashboard.
A new tab named Detention Details is now available in the Transport Rate Request screen.

The Detention Details tab will be mandatory under the following conditions:
- If Free Hours are provided → Detention details are mandatory.
- If Free Hours are not provided → Detention details are optional, and no detention contract will be created for this rate request.
All other processes in the Transport Rate Request remain unchanged.

Two new tabs have been added to the Transport Order screen:
- Detention Details Tab – Displays the active detention contract calculations, invoiced amount, and pending amount.

- Waiver Tab – Allows creation of waivers against the Transport Order (TO) if the user has the required access.
- Users without access can still view waivers attached to the TO.
All other Transport Order workflows remain unchanged.

A: Yes, detention details can be added if the rate request meets the mandatory criteria.

A: Yes, provided tracking data matches the original rate request.
Q: Can a waiver be applied after invoicing?
A: No, waivers must be applied before final invoicing.
