COC Rate Request For Other Principal Boxes In Web

How To generate COC Rate Request in Zeal IT




•Select “COC Rate Request ” screen from “Type to Search” area
•Select “Create New” button for creating a new Rate Request.
Note : Select all mandatory and required fields in the 1. Shipment Details tab, as per the below screenshot
•Created job number in customer quotation will list in the dropdown of  “Job Number” field to select, also have provision to create Job by clicking on the “+” button.



• Select all mandatory and required fields in the 2. Container Details tab.
• User can be able to “Edit”, “update” and “delete” the added row details before Approve.


• Upon click on “Get Rate” button, system will fetch the local charges from the “Forwarding Local Charges” screen if any, for the selected combination.
• User can add, edit or delete the charges before approve.


• Upon click on “Get Cost” button, system will fetch the local charges from the “Forwarding Local Charges” screen if any, for the selected combination.
• User can add, edit or delete the charges before approve.



• Finally click on "Submit" button, RR number will be generated sucessfully.
• Created RR will reflect in "Approval Pending" tab.
• Appropirate User who having rights can Approve or Reject the Rate Request.
