1. Introduction

The Warehouse Activity Master module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain warehouse activity details for operational and warehouse-related processes. Users can create, update, copy, upload, and download warehouse activity records as required.

2. System Requirements

• Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application
• Valid User ID and Password
• Required access permission for Warehouse Activity Master

3. Logging In

1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.
2. Enter your Username and Password.
3. Click Login to access the system.

How To Create Warehouse Activity Master In Zeal IT

1. Select “Warehouse Activity Master” screen from the “Type to Search” area.
2. Click on Create New button to create a new warehouse activity record.
3. Enter the mandatory fields:
   • Activity Code
   • Activity Name
4. Enter the additional details:
   • Unit of Measure
   • Status
   • Notes
   • Applicable On
   • Activity Type
5. Verify the entered details.
6. Click on Submit / Save button to create the warehouse activity successfully.

Copy Warehouse Activity Record

1. Select the required warehouse activity record.
2. Click on Copy option.
3. Modify the required details if applicable.
4. Click Submit / Save to create the copied record.

Edit Warehouse Activity Record

1. Select the required warehouse activity record.
2. Click on Edit option.
3. Update the necessary details.
4. Click Submit / Save to update the record successfully.

Upload Warehouse Activity Record

1. Click on Upload option.
2. Select the required file/template.
3. Upload the file to create or update warehouse activity details in bulk.

1. Click on Download option.
