1. Introduction

The Activity Master module within the warehouse management system centralizes the administration and tracking of warehouse-related activities. This tool simplifies activity creation, allocation, and monitoring, ensuring streamlined warehouse operations and accurate activity reporting.

2. System Requirements

• Browser: Chrome
• User Role: Admin or Warehouse Manager Access

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the Warehouse Management System login page.
2. Enter your username and password.
3. Select the "Activity Master" module from the dashboard under Warehouse management or by searching for the screen using the search button.
   
   

4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Setting Up Activity Master Data

1. Go to Activity Master > Create new.
2. Enter the activity details and where it is applicable.
   
3. Set the status of the activity as " Active"
4. Save the activity data.

4.2 Managing Activity Records

1. Navigate to Landing page.
2. Search for existing activities using filters such as activity name or Code.
3. Edit activity details if necessary.
4. Deactivate activities no longer in use to maintain accuracy.

  Yes, activities can be associated with multiple warehouses if needed.

  Changes to activity details are reflected in future tasks, while ongoing tasks remain unaffected.
