🔹 1. Introduction
The Country Master module allows users to define, maintain, and manage the list of countries required for address, tax, trade, and operational reference across the system. This master data ensures consistency in country-related entries used in vendor, customer, and logistics modules.
🖥️ 2. System Requirements
Browser Compatibility:
• Google Chrome v90 or later
• Mozilla Firefox v85 or later
User Roles:
• Admin
• Master Data Entry
• Configuration/Setup
🔐 3. Logging In
To access the Country Master module:
Launch your preferred browser and open the application login page.
Enter your username and password.
Navigate to Country Master from the main dashboard or setup menu.
⚙️ 4. Main Features and Functions
🆕 4.1 Creating a Country Master Entry
To add a new country to the master list:
Click on “Create New”.
Enter the following mandatory fields:
• Country Code – A valid and unique code for the country (e.g., IN for India).
• Country Name – The full name of the country.
• Status – Set to Active if the country should be available in dropdowns/system use.
Click “Submit” to save the entry.
📌 Note: Duplicate country codes will not be allowed.
✏️ 4.2 Editing a Country Entry
To update an existing country:
• Click the Edit icon next to the relevant country.
• Modify the desired fields (e.g., name or status).
• Click Save to apply changes.
🗂️ 4.3 Bulk Upload and Download
Upload:
• Click on the “Upload” button to import multiple country entries in bulk.
• Use the predefined upload template to ensure correct format and structure.
Download:
• Click “Download” to export all country records for review or backup.
• The downloaded file will include country code, name, and status.
