1. Introduction

The Repair Contract module in ZEALIT 2.0 enables users to create and maintain repair contracts for depots and vendors. Users can define labour cost, validity period, repair details, and material cost applicable for repair operations. The module also allows users to create, edit, and maintain repair contract details.


2. System Requirements

  • Access to ZEALIT 2.0 application

  • Valid User ID and Password

  • Required access permission for Repair Contract


3. Logging In

  1. Launch the ZEALIT 2.0 application.

  2. Enter your Username and Password.

  3. Click Login to access the system.



4. Repair Contract

How To Create Repair Contract In ZEALIT 2.0

  1. Search and select the “Repair Contract” screen from the Type to Search area.

  2. Click on the Create New button to create a new repair contract.

  3. Enter the contract details:

    • Select Depot

    • Select Vendor

    • Enter Labour Cost Per Hour

    • Select Currency

    • Select Valid From date

    • Select Valid Till date

    • Enter Notes (if any)


  4. Navigate to the Repair Details tab and enter the required repair information:

    • Select Component

    • Select Location

    • Select Damage

    • Select Repair

    • Select Unit of Measure

    • Enter Length

    • Enter Width

    • Enter Height

    • Enter Labour Hour

    • Enter Material Cost

  5. Click on the Add button to add the repair detail.

  6. Repeat the same process to add multiple repair details if required.

  7. Verify the entered details.

  8. Click on the Submit / Save button to create the repair contract successfully.

Important Validation

  • Same Depot, Vendor, and Validity Period combination should not be duplicated for an active repair contract.

  • Ensure all mandatory fields are entered before saving the repair contract.

Q1: Can I create multiple repair contracts for the same vendor?
A: Yes, multiple repair contracts can be created, provided the validity period does not overlap for the same depot and vendor combination.

Q2: Can I add multiple repair details under one contract?
A: Yes, multiple repair details can be added using the Add button.

Q3: Is Height mandatory in repair details?
A: Enter the Height value if applicable for the selected repair activity.

Q4: Can I edit the repair contract after creation?
A: Yes, authorized users can edit and update repair contract details.

Q5: Can I add notes while creating a repair contract?
A: Yes, additional remarks can be entered in the Notes field if required.
