1. Introduction

The Truck Master module is part of the logistics management system. It centralizes truck information management, providing tools for creating, managing, and assigning trucks to routes and loads.

2. System Requirements

• Browser: Chrome
• User Role: Admin, Fleet Manager, or Dispatcher Access

3. Logging In

1. Navigate to the Zealit login page.
2. Enter your credentials (username and password).
3. Select the "Truck Master" module from the dashboard in the left pane or click the search button on the top right.
   
   

4. Main Features and Functions

4.1 Setting Up Truck Master Data

1. Go to Truck Master > New Truck.
2. Enter the following details:
   • Truck : Fill in the Make , model and alias name.
   • License Plate: The truck's registration number.
   • Type: Specify the truck type (e.g., flatbed, refrigerated).
   • Capacity: Define the maximum load the truck can carry.
     
   • Fuel: Add the type of fuel the truck runs on.
   • Status: Indicate whether the truck is available or De-active
     
     
3. Save the truck data by clicking the " Submit" button.

4.2 Managing Truck Records

1. Navigate to Truck Master.
2. Search for trucks using filters such as Truck ID, Type, or Status.
3. Edit truck details if necessary, including updates to capacity, availability, or status.
4. Deactivate trucks that are retired to maintain accurate records.
